Visa Process

• The Organizing Committee can provide a Conference Invitation Letter to support your visa application.
• This letter does not guarantee visa approval. Final decisions rest solely with the Ministry of External Affairs and Indian Consulates.
• The Organizing Committee cannot intervene with consulates, visa centres, or ministries if a visa is denied.

Invitation Letter

• Confirms acceptance of your paper submission and registration.
• Issued only after registration and payment are completed.
• Sent by email only.

To request an Invitation Letter, please email us with:

• Completed Registration Form
• Proof of Payment
• Passport-size Photograph
• Passport Scan (information page)

Important Notes

• Ensure your name matches exactly as in your passport. Discrepancies may cause visa delays or rejection.
• Registration fees are non-refundable, even if a visa application is denied.
• For foreign participants from certain countries (Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Sudan, foreigners of Pakistani origin, stateless persons) or if the event venue falls in a Restricted/Protected Area (RAP/PAP), additional security clearance from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) is required (Ref: MHA Notification, pages 1-2 of attached approval).
• Indian Missions are otherwise authorized to issue Conference Visas for participants.
